Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At Viva La Burma, we are a social enterprise committed to delivering high-quality, ethically-produced artwear that supports Burmese artists. Each piece is crafted with care and purpose. Please note that all sales are generally considered final.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the event that your product arrives with a Serious Manufacturing Flaw or a Fulfillment Error.
Eligibility for Exceptions
We will replace the item or issue a full refund only if your product has a Serious Manufacturing Flaw or a Fulfillment Error. This includes:
Serious Manufacturing Flaws: Major defects like irreparable tears, non-functioning zippers, or significant stitching errors.
Fulfillment Errors: Receiving the wrong size, wrong design, or wrong product type compared to your order.
Shipping Damage: The product arrived visibly damaged and unwearable due to transit.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Customer choosing the wrong size.
Change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Minor color/print variations inherent to the production process.
Damage caused by improper care or misuse.
How to Request an Exception
Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Contact: Email us immediately at support@vivalaburma.com with your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.
Proof: You must attach clear photographs showing the serious flaw or error.
If your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions. Once the item is inspected, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure online payment methods through our certified payment partner, Pay Solutions, to ensure a convenient checkout experience for all our customers in Thailand.
Our accepted methods include:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay.
QR & Mobile Payments: PromptPay (QR Code Payment) and TrueMoney Wallet.
Digital Wallets (for International Customers): AliPay and WeChat Pay.
Internet/Mobile Banking: Direct transfer via major Thai bank apps (e.g., KBank, SCB, BBL, Krungsri).
Bill Payments (Pay at Counter): You can generate a bill to pay over-the-counter at various service points nationwide.
Can I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?
Yes! You can enter your promo code in the designated field during checkout before payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We only deliver within Thailand. We currently do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
As each piece of artwear is made-to-order to ensure quality and support ethical production, the delivery time is split into two parts:
Production Time: We require 3–5 business days to print, craft, and prepare your unique item.
Delivery Time: Once finished, Flash Delivery will ship your order, which typically takes:
1–2 business days (for all major provinces and Bangkok).
2–3 business days (for remote areas and islands).
Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your item is finished and handed over to Delivery, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your specific Tracking Number.
You can track your parcel 24/7 on the official Delivery website or via their mobile application.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product flaw before opening the package entirely. Refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for the next steps, as damaged items are an exception to our no-return rule.
If Lost: If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us immediately at support@vivalaburma.com. We will liaise directly with Flash Express to locate your parcel.
