Information Collected: Name, email, and design files (PNG, PSD, AI, or scans).
Purpose: To list, produce, and sell your designs.
Sharing: Only shared with our production and fulfillment teams; never sold to third parties.
Retention: Stored as long as your designs are active or to comply with legal requirements.

Ownership: You retain full copyright of your artwork.
License Options: Choose either a Non-Exclusive License (you can license the design to other platforms) or an Exclusive License (Vivala Burma is the sole licensee).
Scope: The selected license grants us a worldwide right to reproduce, display, and sell products featuring your design.
Approval for Modifications: We will not alter your artwork without written consent.
Attribution: We credit you by name on product pages and marketing materials.

Dashboard Access: View sales volume, earnings breakdown (product cost, company margin, your share).
Payout Schedule: Monthly transfers to your chosen account (bank or KBZPay).
Removal Requests: Request design removal at any time; processed within 7 business days.

Third-Party Claims: We notify you immediately and follow legal takedown procedures.
Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with you to resolve any infringement issues.

Information Collected: Name, shipping address, and payment details.
Purpose: Order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support.
Sharing: Only with payment gateways and shipping partners under confidentiality.
Retention: Kept for order history and legal compliance; customers may request deletion.

Personal Use Only: Purchased products are for your own enjoyment.
Prohibited Use: Do not reproduce, resell, or distribute the design.
Reporting Misuse: Email abuse@vivalaburma.com to report unauthorized copying or misuse.

Order Tracking: Receive shipment notifications and tracking via email.
Privacy Inquiries: Contact us at privacy@vivalaburma.com for data access or deletion requests.
