At Vivala Burma, we respect and protect your creative rights:
- Full Ownership: You maintain 100% copyright over your original artwork.
- License Options: Choose a Non-Exclusive License (you may license the same design elsewhere) or an Exclusive License (Vivala Burma is the sole licensee).
- Scope: The chosen license grants us permission to reproduce, display, and sell products featuring your design worldwide.
- Modification: We will not alter or adapt your artwork without your written consent.
- Attribution: Your name and portfolio link (if provided) will appear on every product page.
- License Duration: Your license remains active for as long as your design is listed—removal requests are processed within 7 business days.
